What is included in an end-of-tenancy clean?
The exact room-by-room items are listed in your quotation. Kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and floors can be included, but the starting condition determines the work required.
Are oven and carpet cleaning included?
Only when specifically agreed. Tell us if you need oven cleaning, carpet cleaning, rubbish removal or another specialist task so availability and pricing can be confirmed.
Can you provide completion photographs?
Yes, where photography is appropriate and permission is in place. The required areas and any privacy restrictions are agreed before the visit.
Does the clean guarantee a deposit outcome?
No. We clean against the agreed property specification; deposit decisions remain with the relevant parties and scheme requirements.
